Projects & Collaborations

2024 | Artist Series Rosé 2023 Vintage | Adelsheim Vineyard, Newberg, OR

I was commissioned to create an original painting for Adelsheim's 2023 Artist Series Rosé label. This was truly a delightful collaboration from learning about Adelsheim Winery, meeting the staff, creating the art and proofing the final label. I'm honored to be on this delicious wine! For more info visit: Adelsheim Winery

“My time in the vineyards directly inspired this abstract landscape. Adelsheim’s integrated ecosystem of clean water, large green spaces for wildlife, ribbons of fertile soil, and cherished vines with their distinct silhouette is a reminder that everything is connected.” -Anisa Asakawa

2024| Color Outside the Lines | Department of Human Services, Tigard, Oregon

I was commissioned to create a community mural for the DHS office in Tigard that would bring some color, joy and a feeling of connection to a grey office space. I was pleased to hear all the exclamations of gratitude from the patrons walking by saying "Thank you!" or "Wow! We needed this in here!". It's amazing to see how as simple mural can brighten someone's day. "The days are long, but the years are short" acrylic on cradled birch wood, 12ft x 8ft triptych, 2023.

I created this beautiful painting for The Nines Hotel's monthly rotating artist program in their windows on SW Morrison St in Portland, OR. This painting is available and looking for its next home in November 2023.

2021 | Piano. Push. Play. | Council Crest Park, Portland, Oregon

Acrylic on a rescued wooden piano with matching bench. This piece was one of several pianos painted for the 2021 summer season of Piano. Push. Play. Once finished, each artist's piano was then placed in a local park for the public to enjoy during the dry summer months. At the end of the summer, the pianos find homes in local schools, community centers and businesses. To learn more please visit: Piano.Push.Play.

2020 | Google Corporate Office | Portland, Oregon

Acrylic on drywall. 16'x8'. Painted on-site during construction of Google's new offices in downtown Portland.

There are hidden "easter eggs" throughout the painting including Timberline Lodge, lots of different people hiking in and enjoying wildflowers. The word "GOOGLE" is subtly written in the wildflowers as well. Can you spot them? I was 7mo pregnant for this install and even signed my name with a little pregnant artist :)
